- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required.
- Return request must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
3) Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used bottles.
- Custom/personalized items.
- Items marked “Final Sale”.
- Gift cards.
4) How to Start a Return

Note: Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
5) Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

6) Damaged/Incorrect Items
- Please inspect on delivery. If damaged/incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve quickly (replacement or refund after review).
7) Exchanges
