2) Products & Accuracy

• Images and descriptions are for illustration; minor variations can occur (batch, lighting, packaging updates).
• Stock availability and pricing may change; errors may be corrected at any time.

3) Orders & Acceptance

•         Your order is an offer to buy; we accept when we dispatch the product.
•      We may cancel/refund orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

4) Payments

•      We accept COD and select online gateways (subject to availability).
•      For COD, please ensure accurate address and availability to receive the parcel.

5) Shipping & Risk

•     Risk passes to you upon delivery to your address.
•     Delivery timelines are estimates; courier delays may occur.

6) Returns & Refunds

•        Unopened and unused perfumes may be returned within 5 days of delivery (see Return/Refund Policies).
•     Opened/used perfumes, custom items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

7) Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled in the courts of [Your City], Pakistan.
